Since doing my recovery on self-harm blog I’ve relapsed by self-harming quite a lot – I did 2 days worth of it . 

I have found I’m finding myself getting to busy with volunteering , activities and having no time for myself – I felt too overloaded I felt angry that nobody understood and I couldn’t let how I felt out so I hurt myself on my arms and hands . 

What I’ve started learning is that it doesn’t help me for long maybe just seconds and once I do it I regret it for days and weeks afterwards and it brings me back to the start , back to being low in mood I’ve noticed it especially this time I’ve relapsed . 

But what I think is that it shouldn’t matter if you relapse you shouldn’t take it to heart you just need to pick yourself up and carry on and not it effect your every day life .
